If you have issues accessing your account, there are a few self-help steps that can solve most account related issues.

If you have trouble logging in to your account, start by requesting a password reset.

If you try to rest your password and it doesn't recognize your email address, make sure the email you enter is the email address used when you signed up for your account. Try email addresses you may have used in the past to sign up for access. If that doesn't work, then contact our support team using the form below.

I Would Like to Reactivate My Account

If you had an account that expired, and you would like to reactivate it, simply login with your username and password. You must login first to keep your same account. You will be logged in as a "Free Member". Proceed to the "Upgrade Account" page and check out. The website will recognize your user account and grant you access again once you set up your subscription.

Update My Billing Information

If you need to update your payment or billing information for your premium subscription, follow the instructions below. If you are a monthly donor, and your credit card information should change, please email sandysparks2@hotmail.com.

Here is how you get to your subscription info in Paypal to update billing information.

  • Log in to your PayPal account.
  • Click Profile near the top of the page.
  • Click "Profile and Settings"
  • Click My Money on the right side navigation.
  • Click Update in the My Pre-approved Payments section.
  • At the bottom, there is a "Funding Source" section.

Or, log in to Paypal and use this link to jump right to your Pre-Approved Payments section. Look for Douglas Jacoby and click the "update" button, and look for Funding Source.

Cancel My Subscription

You can cancel your subscription one of two ways.

1) Click the button below and you will be directed to Paypal where you can manage all of your subscriptions.

If you have trouble with that route, here is how you get to your subscription info in Paypal.
Simply follow the instructions below to cancel your subscription.

  • Log in to your PayPal account.
  • Click Profile near the top of the page.
  • Click My Money.
  • Click Update in the My Pre-approved Payments section.
  • Click Cancel, Cancel automatic billing, or Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

If all else fails, send us an email with your issues, and one of our support personnel will help you resolve it. Select the reason for contacting below as "Account Issues" and be sure to include your username so we can diagnose and fix the issue for you.
