My name is Aung Ko Ko Win. I am a Burmese brother, who converted to Christianity in 1996 in Yangon, Myanmar. I was met by one of the brothers and baptised three months after our church was planted in Yangon.

Just before I became a disciple, due to political unrest all universities in the whole nation closed down -- for five straight years. But it was a time when I also really began to grow as a disciple. I worked in different companies and started leading Bible discussion groups in 1998. My dream -- and a primary reason I became a Christian -- has been to serve and lead as God wants.

In 2001 February God trusted me and called me to lead a church, and ever since then I have been able to serve, leading our congregation. But I need more training -- biblical training.

I believe that AIM will give me the knowledge and understanding of the word of God I need in order to help the Church in greater ways. And since I can take AIM even at home, I won't need to leave my ministry to study. I can still serve the church.

I deeply want to begin this course, but really need financial help.  Will someone be willing to sponsor me? I believe that by doing this God will move and show many powerful miracles as the gospel is spread in Myanmar.

If you would like to help this brother in Myanmar, please send an email to dj@douglasjacoby.com. The two-year full program cost is $4400. This entails 20 classes in 160 hours, 20 examinations, and monitoring and online direction. For more details, click on AIM at homepage. If less than full support is received, he may still receive the teaching materials ($450), but without classroom experience, examinations, tuition and diploma.

Thank you.
