Which passages would you use to show Jesus is God (in the flesh) and what would you say in support of those passages. -- Steve Granger (London)
One of the best is certainly John 1:14. The Word (John 1:1) became flesh -- and this Word is God. Yet there are many other passages which are clear: Colossians 1, Philippians 2, Hebrews 1-2, etc. The theological term for God becoming man is incarnation -- which could also be rendered "enfleshment."
