Goal: Redefine how the Bible is read (context) and learn how to read the OT genre By genre.

COUNSELING & PSYCHOLOGY
Goal: to come to view persons, in the context of counseling and psychology, as whole persons—spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. Speakers include Drs Michael & Mary Shapiro, Melanie Cicerchia, Don Borroughs, and Vicki Jacoby, plus Sam & Geri Laing, Joey Harris, and Douglas Jacoby.

July 10-12
Continuing AIM Course: ARCHAEOLOGY & THE BIBLE
A special weekend seminar with John Wilson (Pepperdine), John Oakes (Apologetics Research Society), and Douglas Jacoby and Joseph Harris (Athens Institute). Topics include: Old Testament Archaeology, New Testament Archaeology, The Use & Misuse of Archaeology, Archaeological Hoaxes & Legends, and more. Also, C-AIM 2009 will include a visit to Emory University’s Museum, which has amazing archaeological artifacts!

July 31-August 3
CHURCH HISTORY
Goal: To develop a broad grasp of church history century by century, as well as understanding the Restoration Movement and its children, including the Crossroads and Boston movements.

WORLDVIEWS
Goal: To learn the importance of worldview apologetics in “pre-evangelism,” and begin to implement new strategies for connecting with outsiders.

FAMILY LIFE
Goal: To ensure that family focus receives the priority it must have if we are to have healthy churches.
